As a small child I grew up in a restaurant owned by my parents, I remember standing next to my mother watching her cook and smelling the delicious aromas of the different herbs she used.

As the years passed I learned to cook and I knew I had a passion for cooking. In the early 80's, I had the opportunity to establish my own restaurant.

Thirteen years later I decided to enroll in a two year course at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and received my associate degree in culinary arts.

After years of working in professional kitchens, I decided to join The Personal Private Chef Association. I'm licensed, insured and certified in food safety.

My philosophy is to bring my knowledge, ability and integrity into your kitchen.
